    Hey all,

    Looking for tips and tricks on drilling a decklid hole correctly. I have a template of the correct shape, just want to get the alignment and placement right the first time.

    Would also like to hear how people put the square shape in the side correctly.

    Someone that may have converted from the trunk to rumble (or the other way around) may have experience.

    Pictures of process would be amazing...

    Can you see the hole for the shaft in the latch from underneath? If yes, I'd drill up from underneath using the latch as a centering jig. Then remove the latch and use a unibit to enlarge from the outside. And a file to clean it up.

    That was my plan without any other better ideas. :)
