I'm having a problem with the door gl*** on my '57 Nomad p***enger door. that I hope someone has a suggestion on how to correct it. When I roll the window up {manual window} and it gets about 1/2 way up it seems to "bind" up and becomes very hard to crank up the rest of the way. I've dis***embled the door ,tried adjusting the vertical front and rear gl*** run channels. Replaced the window regulator and adjusted the roller track that attaches to the inside of the door and replaced the "felt" material in the rear gl*** run channel. Nothing seems to correct this problem that started about a year ago. The car only gets driven infrequently and was totally restored some time ago. Any ideas?
    Thanks, Pat

Rub a candle on the edge of the gl***

Dunno, but after doing all that and getting the same outcome, I'd wonder if the size/shape of the gl*** is the issue. Might be tight somewhere...?

Have you tried pulling it all of the way up without the regulator attached? Doublepumper could be right. Is it new gl***?

Does the gl***, in any position, rock back to front at all?

Was the run channel installed with rivets or screws and one has backed out? With the gl*** down, run a paint paddle in your channel to check for interference.

Use silicone spray in the "fuzzy" channel. Lubes it up!

I'm going to try that. I'm going down to a gl*** shop tomorrow and have them grind just a" smiggin' " off the front edge. Thanks for the help

The rear gl*** channel is held to the door with screws and the bottom is adjustable {in and out} I'll try your paint paddle trick. Thanks
