I wonder how many of those jacked up houses got dropped or fell off the cribbing.

I know there is a site showing those houses and where they ended up. The ones I am thinking of are in San Francisco.

 

I remember those yellow bricks, a lot of schools in Holyoke were built with those yellow bricks. Thanks for posting the picture.

Good oil...25 cents a GALLON...

 

You could buy redefined oil from Master Lube on Singleton Blvd in Dallas for $1.00. For 5 gallons and they threw in the can in the 60’s. If you had a oil burner or leaker this was the way we did it.
