Just saw on the Fordbarn that Jim Linder @GMC BUBBA is officially retiring.
Thanks for all your efforts in keeping our old heaps on the road.
Best wishes to him. Wish I had bought a shirt when they were available.

 

I wondered if he was still at it or not. He wasn't doing real well the last time I talked to him. I got two of his chevy distributors one for my 50 shoebox flathead and one for my buddies 48 ford truck. What a difference they made.

I know Jim has been doing dialysis 3 times a week and my pal Rene' is doing the same thing, seeing how much it effects Rene' I can only be amazed at how Jim has been able to continue working as much as he has, it's past time for him to retire and live as normal life as possible.

I wish Jim the best and pray that his heart procedure is successful. HRP

Hopefully he will still log on occasionally to share his knowledge, I know I have learned from his posts.

 

Never used him but it was neat knowing we had a go to guy here on the hamb .
