Does this count? My truck's tailgate is the closest thing to a work bench I've ever had.

Heres my work truck just before I hauled this 1940 pickup all the way across Arkansas last month. Its a 1939. I have been driving it daily for 15 years Frequently pull old cars around Texas. Its ugly but it works good.

Well when my truck was original I hauled all the lumber, sand, gravel (for mixing concrete) and everything else to build my house in Wyoming. I was getting sand once and the guy was trying to dump it with the front bucket on his loader and it was wet and sticking together. All of a sudden the whole load came out of the bucket and into the bed. 3500 lbs. of sand. I went the 15 miles home down a wash-board gravel road with the springs bottomed out at about 30 mph. It didn't break!

I've hauled this size U-haul filled to the top a number of times between Utah and Southern AZ and from Missouri to Utah.

I've hauled this camp trailer (and it ain't light) behind it.

I've hauled a car-hauler trailer behind it with a weight of over 6000 lbs. No picture of that.

And I've towed the 1700 lb. teardrop over 40,000 miles behind it.

I've had it since '75 and it's been a good truck,

    Sum
