I need recommendations on an aftermarket windshield frame. I have seen them on speedway among other places but I want good quality reproduction. Anyone out there have any first hand experience with these after market windshield frames? Thanks in advance!
My friend bought a plain frame from Speedway and had it plated locally; fit his '33. We didn't like the fit of to the Vintigue rubber seal that came with it and used a Drake seal instead. Sent from my Nexus 5X using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I saw speedway has the plain steel and chrome frames. I think they have the wrong picture up for the frame. Their pictures have weird curves at the bottom corners. I looks like a pretty good frame, how much was it to chrome? I was thinking it would be better just to buy the chromed one from speedway because I'd be out about the same money to have a plain steel one chromed locally.
Speedway was back-ordered on chrome frames with no shipping date when Mike was going to get one. He had a bunch of stuff plated as a package deal; so no idea on the frame itself.
