Technical corvette at auction what is it?

I disagree, as others have said, front and rear do not look close enough to be chevy promo item. Don't copy others mistakes.

I'm with Dave - more Cobra than a Vette.....you just got lucky !!!! Just got my 1959/60 body Corvette go cart back from nephew # 1 as his two boys have out grown it....was going to sell it but nephew #4 has stepped up to claim it for his two boys coming up.....so next year it will be ready........

You won't find me on one of those contraptions.... Don't think the old ticker could stand it.....

Front is different on his

 

I guess I should of been clearer on what I was posting....
The first one is the one that I thought was the one that looked like his , going by the contour of the front fender, but without a front veiw of that one I couldn't say for sure.
The other ones were just ones that popped up while doing a search , and I am aware the front is different, as is the rest of the car, being the front view is definitely visible and quite easy to see that it is different .
That is why I mentioned doing a search ...to let him know that the info that he is looking for could be there, and the direction of a amusement park ride is probably a good place to start.
Going by what was being posted so far I just thought that first one in my post looked , to me , closer to his ....just a observation and a suggestion.

Sounds like you got a bargain. Cool, even if it's not a Corvette. Looks more like Ferrari to me.

 

Yup, looks far more Ferrari like, which is the style that the early 'Vettes emulated.

Remove the bumpers from a '56 or '57 'Vette, put a '55 Chevy passenger car egg crate grill on it and you'll see just how Ferrari like they are.
