I'm pretty sure this is the Rich Maskin of "Maskin and Kanners" AMC pro stock fame and Dart heads founder. Certainly the right part of the country. Pat
Yes, that is Rich Maskin of Dart. If you look closely, you can see the first set of headers I ever owned. I bought them from Rich when he updated his car. They were Mr. Js, 1 3/4" primaries. That was a "Canadian Pontiac" (SBC).

I posted this in the Junior Stock thread and came up empty so I wanted to try here and see if anyone had any info. I know this thread is full of guys that were there back in the day so I hope I could ask you all a quick question even if it's a little off topic and see if any of you remember the cars or the man. A friend of mine's now deceased grandfather ran several cars under the "Mr. Vicious" name back in the 60's and early 70's. There were three cars, Mr. Vicious #1 was a black 66 SS396 Chevelle, Mr. Vicious #2 was a black 68 SS 396/375 Chevy II, and the final Mr. Vicious III was a white 69 Zl-1 Camaro. Later with an iron 427 the car was a national record holder for a time. His name was Tony Guadagnino and he was from East Paterson NJ and ran mostly at Englishtown. He ran in B/Stock and later SS/D with a 4 speed. Any info or photos is greatly appreciated and I hope the mods would give me a break this one time while I just ask for a little help for a close friend. Anyone that has anything can PM me so we don't go off topic on this thread. Thank you in advance for your help.
We’re you allowed to run a different brand engine in these classes? Like a Chevy in a ford or a Mopar in a Rambler? Was IHRA and AHRA different for their modified classes? I can’t seem to find anything regarding this.
I thought M/P had to have same engine as car manufacture. No now that I think of it my friends 57 Corvette had a 426 wedge motor and ran A/MP. Pat
