I found a fresh built 392 Hemi for sale ($7500) and thinking I need to slap it in my '34 coupe. I'll need headers, mounts, a different trans (T-350 now) and a bunch of other stuff but I think it would transform the car from street rod to proper hot rod. Gonna require spending a good chunk of cash but I think it would be worth it. I need some inspiration so post up your Hemi powered coupes!
Considered non Hamb worthy so the avatar will have to do. (Jag suspension all four corner's) , '55 331 dual quads, isky cam, B & M 727 torqueflite, 15" true spokes. Chopped 4-1/4", lost the fenders @ warp 5.
I like your car Larry. Maybe post a photo of your engine setup? My car will be kind of a 70's build so not 100% HAMB friendly either. Kind of a Lobek/Ohio type car, mean drag style.
I built a hemi powered 33 several years ago for a customer. PM me your email address and I can send you a bunch of photos.
