Technical Turbo 350 trans

I just started full up my trans and it was almost full and this screw started leaking. There is something plastic under it and it won’t tighten up. Anyone know what this screw is or does?

where the kickdown cable broke off!

 

Some jackwagon tried to plug your detent cable hole with it..

 

There is a small, soft plug type plug, used to plug the hole when the kickdown cable is deleted. Try E-Bay; item #122446903960. There are also some similar plugs like yours that have an O-ring on the actual plug portion, but they are $$$.
I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

 

So that my trans wasn’t shifting and I realized my vacuum wasn’t hooked up. Now this I built my own mount for my accelerator pedal so do I just connect this to the carb also?

So I just take off the plastic and the screw that’s on there and press the plug in?
