Some shots of my Lakester project. Looking to make it (sorta) street legal and license it for the road. Its been fun getting it this far, but there is a ton of work yet to do....still needs some "guts".
Actually, I have been trying to keep the aviation theme and have some tail-lights that are marker lights off an old bomber. I am also thinking of possibly using a drone type air-cooled engine. The trouble with an odd engine choice is it needs to be mated to a transmission to get gears and a reverse. I have the frame about done and installed, the rear axle and seat are in. Working on the front axle and steering, then it will be on to the engine installation.
