Way better than my attempt on my ‘36 [emoji38] May I inquire how you made it? Really enjoying this thread, nice job!!!
I made a positive and negative die using metal and oak. Can only press a little of it at a time...I basically sat at the press for an hour taking small bites at it. I have a little more depth to get today and then do it all again for the interior drip channel. I’ll post some pictures of the die today. Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Started some of the repairs on the cowl. Work stoppage on the vent, waiting for some metal to be delivered for the other die I’m going to make. Moved on to the cowl feet, got the first one spliced in. Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I can recommend putting a large radius on the corners of that cowl panel. It will cut down on the warpage. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
