History Which racecar stands out?

Wasn't this the race between Gas, Steam, Diesel, and Electric powered vehicles????

LOL the one on the right looks like something I would build, actually the driver kind of resembles me too.

Walter Baker (you have to Love the in car photo) was a Real Walter Mitty. He even sold an electric car to Thomas Edison!
