Hot Rods looking fo help

Getting a late start in life on building my first hot rod-in need of some info I know someone on here has -what was the last year- model that a Ford 302-5.0 came with a regular old v-belt

Trucks and most cars mid 80's before fuel injection . 1984 trucks and earlier v- belt for sure .

 

I want to say 86 and earlier for v belts.

 

NAPA lists a serpentine belt for '85.

easy enough to research just go to NAPA and start plugging in years and models.

 

Don't know what year 302 you have but be aware that the imbalance of flywheel and components changed around 1980 . They also changed from 3 bolt damper pully to 4 bolt on the small blocks . Keep this in mind while collecting your parts .
