I'm Will. Long time lurker. My introduction is well over due. I'm 37 live in Northeastern Washington state. I'm trying to finish an A coupe my friends dad started in the early 60's and shelved in 70. Was sitting in a shed tell last fall. The olds 303 was rebuilt but never ran. In fact all the running gear is 53 olds. Hope to be driving it this summer. 20200328_133811.jpeg 20200401_123328.jpeg

Welcome. Cool car! It looks like your friend's dad has given you a great start. Channeled the width of the frame with no chop...just the way I like 'em.

Can you elaborate? What exactly is the point you are trying to make? I am not trying to be a smart ass but am truly stumped. Who did what wrong?

REALLY? I just read all of his posts and this is the first intro. He never once offered his name before or gave us a rundown on his project car.
I think you sir are overestimating your self importance.

Wbrw32 makes me laugh. I actually follow his post for comic relief while I’m waiting for something new to post on the threads I follow.

Thanks mad mikey! Its channeled 4" the frame is stretched 1.5', The engine is a 303 olds .060 over with a 3/4 racing cam. What built in the mid 60's but hasn't ever been broke in. 53 olds rearend and I think a 58 olds hydramatic.
