Thank you. Those are screw apart thermostat housings that use Chevy type thermostats. You can get them in most hose sizes. I used them because my engine has Ardun heads and there is no provision for thermostats. You can get them at: https://www.meziere.com/Products/Co...hermostat-Housing-1-25-Hose-to-1-25-Hose.aspx

I have never seen them before what a great idea. I have a hot V-8 60 that a late friend of mine built that has no provision on the finned heads for thermostats I think I will look into those for it. Thank you for the reply.

just got off the phone with champion, they are doing custom work to switch the inlet and outlets. Should be here in 2 weeks.

Just an update. After having the radiator ordered and mods made to have the inlet and outlets switched, I got it, pulled it out of the box and the brackets were mounted to the rear...my fault for not specifying. Talked to champion and they were great at helping me out. Explained I needed the brackets flipped and the fab guy knew that the brackets were mounted to the front and were angled for clearance. We talked about swapping it to the front and angled for clearance of the clutch fan. A few days after dropping it off to have it fixed I get it back. Pull it out of the box...and the brackets are to the front, but has the radiator angled back. Bolting it up, the fan hits the bottom by maybe 1/4 of an inch or less. I couldn’t tell you about hood clearance as it’s off right now. Needless to say I will have to take it back tomorrow and have it modded. Again. I’m only about 45 minutes away but It’s still unfortunate.
