  1. It's a 1960 so it just falls outside of this group. But it's a Ford!

Nice! I am kind of partial to the square birds too. My dad had a 59 convertible in high school that his dad had to sell when he was going through bankruptcy while my dad was off to college. I’ve always wanted to build another 59 for my dad but not sure I’ll ever get to it. :(

hey, close enough relative to the '58 and 59 to be invited for a family reunion. Pics please. I liked all T-birds up to '66. Where, what, who, when, ? (lol, didn't have to ask the why)

  8. The weather is still ****py here and only one car fits in the garage to work on at a time. I'll do more pics when I can get it in for working on.

Wow, I like it a lot. Good luck with it and post progress shots. I have to go look at a '62 that someone I know is selling once he does a couple of things on it. I like the '58 to '66 Birds.

Took me awhile to get on the square bird wagon but I'm finally aboard. Nice car. Now if I can get over my dislike of 67-69 Birds.

I just recently found out they are a unibody. Frankly, it surprised the heck out of me. I had no idea. It would make one have to be very cautious when buying concerning rust.

Yeah, go over and under them with a fine-tooth comb. The one I have in mind is supposed to be clean. I saw the car at a cruise night a few years ago and the interior was mint, the rest of the car looked good too. I'll just let it simmer a bit to see if the $$ goes down.

I had worked on a bunch of '64-'66 Birds when I was fixing cars on a daily basis. Unibody and a challenge for any front end or disc brake work, alignments were pure fun with the shims on the upper a-arm, I believe they are all the same, '58-'66.
