Sold! I'm not sure what year or brand this is, I think it might be a Blackhawk or Walker. It has the cool deco looking spats on the rear wheels and all sorts of levers and pedals to operate it.....I haven't figured out what does what so at this moment it is for restoration. If anyone can shed some light on what brand and year it is I'd appreciate it! The paint looks dark green. Edit: I'm told it's a Walker
