***uming this is one of Henry's steel '32 coupes - 1. take to scale and have car weighed; 2. Look up current price of gold; 3. Multiply weight of gold to find out how much per pound; 4. multiply that figure by the weight of the car -
i'll give ya a buck an a quarter... oops, thought this was an ebay post. deuce's are worth what you can GET for them, not a penny more. an DAMN if they dont get a truckfulla pennies when they sell
Not worth much in its current state...now if it was a rusty hulk sitting in a riverbed, I'd guess about 40k.....maybe more if the right gold chain ratrodder wanted to buy it.
You having a lend of us or what... Red with BLUE flames>>?? a white dash??? red seat belts with a **** brown interior???? Not exactly a Foose design happening here man!!. and the optional wooden chock behind the back wheel because its out of brakes, give us a break ( pardon the pun) Id have to pull it apart and start over. How much is fibergl*** by the pound today anyway??
for starters, is it gl*** or a real 32 Ford? you know, it is possible to build one of these cars these days without a real Ford part in them...in steel though, you'll have to settle for a three window body..... I'd say offer $20k...you can always go up....times are hard, people are losing their homes...their jobs have gone to China or points south.....so the toys can go pretty much on the lowball side....with gas being $3+ I see some damn nice pickups for sale cheap too..and it's not getting any better here...
I was thinkin it's just another old Ford for a min. Upon closer inspection I see it has ultra rare genuine "Betty Boop" floor mats. That 1 item has no doubt pushed the value beyond Barret-Jackson levels! Seriously tho, it's worth the lowest possible price you can buy it for, or the highest possible price you can get for it.
Hummm...I know that car! Used to live in Germantown Maryland---my neighborhood and then he moved to Frederick. If this is the car I think it is, it was built in the "old" days. Damn fine car and if I remember right it has a 283 corvette motor. Roadrat
Yes that car is from back in the day. It had a headlight bar or nerf bar that was very distinctive. It was in a magazine back in the 50's. I could have bought the car about 15 years ago. Didn't want a finished car. It was like $12000 then. Looks like he wrecked it recently. It was a full fendered car. Clark
