Hello,
I'm British, but hopefully you won't hold that against me...
I have a '38 Ford Coupe, a '47 Caddy, and a '57 Lincoln Premier
I also work on my wife's '31 Model A Ford pick-up and '56 Austin A30.

I best not mention my '67 Plymouth C-body as it's not old enough

Anyhow, I'd reasonably new to vintage Fords, so will probably find the information on here invaluable.

I love your 38. I'm kinda partial, tho, because I have a 38 club coupe. Always thought I'd paint it maroon like yours if I ever get it to a paintable state.
