I've always loved the roof on those old 3 window Mopars! And the loooong deck lids.

Closed? Seems like I was just in it. Someone decide to be stupid?
Anyway, got both my doors hung and set my cab on my frame. Next step is to get everything in body position and start rebuilding the box. KIMG0142.JPG

Finalized frame to cab wood blocking for 32. Layed out scale drawing for two new legs of rear upper portion of tubular X Frame. They will replace the two legs that had major clearance issues.

    some thing like this
Whoever just deleted my last post on finishing up the paint on that truck, you better go back and delete all of the other posts about the same damn truck. I know we focus on pre 65 here, but that's obviously not the focus on this thread. Jeez, there isn't very many post on this thread that are on topic. Better get busy with your delete button.

Why go somewhere else and get cheated? Come see me first!

    From the BillyBob Shop log.

May 4th 2020 Reinstalled the rear window frame. Got some cab interior parts from Jeff at Bowtie Bits which included new black clutch head screws for the interior trim. They were all too short and the wrong thread for the rear window frame so I hunted up the rusted ones from the tear down and gave them an EvapoRust soak. Stuck them in a piece of foamboard to hold them, PRE Paint prepped them and sprayed the tops with Eastwood's Underhood Black, the closest match in my inventory to the screws from Bowtie Bits. Beer of the day was Free State Brewing Co's Stormchaser IPA.

It was getting off topic I suppose, looking back through it now.
But I assumed it was politics or something that killed it.
    Hence my "stupid" comment.

Went on a lock down cruse for some nursing home folks Saturday. There were over 2000 cars and 500 or so motorcycles. We took the 40 Pontiac and this picture was in St Larence wi. Gary 95542081_2591343384456919_2479539440943366144_o.jpg

I scooped up a flathead I’m hoping is really an EAC engine, looks to have the 4” crank, violated the quarantine a few times and my daughter brush painted the ‘32... good weekend if you ask me

Hopefully for the final time finished cutting, grinding, drilling, shimming and bolting the push bars on my heap. Amazing how the simplest looking stuff can take forever.

This is one of my favorite threads on the Hamb. Great to see guys gettin it done.
