I watched the second MF episode last night. So nice see a build without drama. Thanks Lucky for letting those guys into your shop to document your progress. Hope to see it up close at some point. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
@Lucky Burton's #523 Coupe (& @mctim64's #416 Roadster) are featured on the "2020 Bonneville Speedweek" artwork:
Fantastic piece, great story, ballsy schedule, outstanding job on goals set and met, beautiful photos, and killer car! Home-built at its finest. Kudos!
You MUST make it to Speedweek this year since you are the centerpiece for all the shirts this year! Congratulations !!!!!!
I happened across your videos on YouTube last night, then today I picked up my copy of The Rodder's Journal and there was the article. Coincidence, or did YouTube somehow know I had the magazine?
Thank you! I am not a fan of the hyped shows with all the fake drama.. truth is is there’s enough of it that’s real when you on a deadline. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I think he was referring to me using some 33-34 pieces. However, the windshield surround and windshield are 1936 ford coupe. The cowl sides are 34 Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

I've watched it 6 times now! Gonna binge all of them again this weekend.....Good as it gets, Lucky and Piero....
When the banner was rolled out with the cover shot she said "that looks mean!" Then we laughed at the look on your face.
Hey Lucky, congratulations man!! We talked at Speedweek '09 and '10 i think when you where with old crow... I am so happy for you that you did your own thing. Won't make it to the salt this year but i wish you some fast runs out there!!
Just watched all the you tube videos. Wow! Outstanding build. I loved the fact that you left in the part where you had to cut out the roll cage to remove the body. The best laid plans often go wrong eh? Now that's real life building one offs. Do you have plans for your next outing? Congrats on a superb build.
Watched all the videos, well done on a great build. Congrats on the cover and feature in "The Rodder's Journal" very well deserved. Pics I took at GNRS
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but absolutely love this coupe!! I’ve just finished watching the Stormin’ Bonneville series which was a great bit of tv. The cars a real credit to you and you team lucky! Is there a build thread anywhere?
I first saw it in the pits at Speedweek.Knocked my sox off... Sent from my SM-A205U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
