New Member - '65 Lincoln Continental

    Good to be a member of the community. I have been reading a lot of posts for research as I complete the first phases of my 1965 Continental 430 MEL rebuild. As historically a GM guy (although my other current "cl***ic" is a 1982 air-cooled Vanagon) learning the ways of the Blue Oval for this one has been quite an undertaking.

    I've worked on several of the systems (electric door lock conversion, rebuilt window motors and relays, G3 alternator) I still have many more to go (vacuum lines!)

    I will also be posting some leftover parts over time. Starting with the original 430 MEL. Check the cl***ifieds if you are interested in mill that would make a cool obscure hot rod motor.

    And, thanks for all the great insight, intel and humor along the way!!!
