I had an issue with my 36 and took it to a place that does primary truck alignment. They had to bend the axle to align it. Worked super after that
My next problem is the car sometimes jumps out of gear when you take your foot of the gas . I dare not ask . I suggest you start a new thread on the jumping out of gear, but is it second gear on an early ford 3 speed?
After levelling 4 points in the garage with slate and adjusting the tracking I now have Camber .8 degree Caster 7 degrees and tow in 1/32 Steering damper on and no death wobble yet . If it returns I will try tow out . The problem with it jumping out of gear on the overrun is not something I will try unless it is super simple fix so I will give it to Bob Froch over here in the winter to fix . I Like the idea of having a rope to tie it into top to get both hands on the wheel . Saw it on one of the posts here . Thanks again for all you help
Is there only wheel weights on one side of the rim? If it was bubble balanced not spin balanced that could be the cause. With a bubble it can't tell if the tire is heavy on the inside or out side. Say in your case if outside is heavy and the weights are on the inside you get a qyro effect running in a different plane.
