Technical 59 apache power brake vacuum fitting

    first post, thanks for your time! have a 59 apache doing a front disc brake conversion on. i am looking for a fitting on the intake to match the booster. anyone have an idea where to start? currently the stock intake port is about 3/16 to 1/4 " but the brake booster is 3/8 or so

    GREETINGS FROM GOODYEAR AZ...EZ FIX I WOULD REMOVE THE OLD FITTING FROM THE INTAKE....GO TO ACE HARDWARE FIND A BRASS BONG FITTING THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO INSTALL A STRIGHT OR 90° BRASS BARB.....I INSTALL 3/8 FUEL LINE WITH SMALL CLAMPS....THIS FIX WORKED WELL FOR ME 25 DOLLAR FIX.

    yup, that small fitting for the vacuum wipers can be removed, and find the appropriate size hose barb. Should be a pipe thread, I think it's 3/8" NPT but I could be wrong.
