    That was pretty cool...

    Heidi Van Horne......HOT.

  6. My, that was enjoyable. Seems like she got a lot done too. I could use a helper around the ol' garage.

Well, I guess we know whose putting a bid on Russ Meyers house.

Pretty cool flick. Too bad "the talent" looks a little too similar to my ex-wife (though she would've never been caught dead under a hood, and not enough fetish gear).

I noticed that too. I wonder if she couldn't drive it so they did it with a fake column? They could have flipped the perspective so at least she'd be sitting on the correct side.

I guess I wasn't supposed to notice that.

I wonder if I would have a car like that if I worked on mine in a Speedo??

Whats up with the end she's driving on the correct side of the car then she's on the passenger side driving with a steering setup that isn't hooked up because it bounces everywhere while the car is driving.

    Great movie tho....

    I love David Perry's work.

    I love Heidi Van Horne.

I can't get past the idea of her working on a car (or even her own car) in a bikini though.

And the "steering wheel" shot is clearly of her in the passenger side. You can see the shifter AND the shoulder of the driver. Of course you'd have to tear your eyes away from Heidi for more than a split second.

Fun video. The art director in me ain't buying it though. I'd expect much better from Mr. Perry. Of course the not art director in me has watched it 15 times... :D

She is pretty hot, I'll give you that. The end scene includes a different steering wheel even, not to mention that it's not connected to anything and on the opposite side of the car. There are benefits to a disconnected sterring wheel and we have all seen them, it's called the jiggle factor.

How do I get a chick to work on my car in a bikini? Hell I would be happy to have a chick in a bikini watch as I work on my car!

Nope, not the real baron. But it's a fun ride. You gotta duck your head and lift a leg at the same time to get in the damn thing....

I was lucky enough to have David Perry out to take pictures at my shop a few times and we went to Sac Raceway once. It's cool to see your work turned in to a set with half naked chicks. It's not bad having you cars show up in a book to. The guys a Artist. Scott

I didn't know that car actually ran, I thought it was just some full scale artwork like the PPE. Pretty cheesy video, I love that song though, and i'm pretty fond of light complexion brunettes too. Somebody give that girl some donuts so she'd get more of a caboose back there. Overall, I give it a seven because it's got a good beat and I can dance to it.

That kinda reminds me of my girl, but my girl is cuter, dresses more practically, and actually works on her own car...

ha ha ha... yeah- i drove it a little (YES it IS the Red Baron, YES it DOES run) The first shot of me driving it is- me driving it. It was the first time I drove a manual trans since I learned to at 15. (i know, i know, i'm such a bad hot-rod lover.) I was terrified I'd f*ck it up so for the longer shot he (the owner) drove and we used a spare wheel. They said they'd flip it in post so it would be less noticable. I was cracking up, because the fake wheel totally jumped all over the place- I thought it was so bad he wouldn't use it. You guys are cracking me up when I saw this (and p.s. thanks- I lost the link and haven't seen it in a while)- you're all thinking exactly what i was thinking as we filmed it! anyways, i hope you get a good laugh.

Also- YES I DO work on my own truck. (Though i'm not afraid to say I ask for help when I need it! I got wimpy arms, yo!) and for the guy who said its not the real thing because you have to duck to get in... thank you- it took a few tries to make that move in look that smooth. If you didn't think I really got in the real thing, then I guess I did my job well. hey, I'm a pro. ;)

and for the donuts?? i'll take chocolate cremes, thanks!
