This is a new one for me, hadn't heard of it before, but fellow HAMB member @joegio invited me to go. 5 of us met this morning and caravaned to the show, which had a pretty decent turnout. I got my '30 pickup out for the first time since doing some paint work on it. It was a good time.
Didn't want to mention it. My last photo thread got taken down because people were upset about the virus. Like it or not the world is opening back up, & car guys want to show their cars.
I always enjoy it and glad I went... I see that I was gone before your photos. Many leave by 9:00am. I’m happy to see guys/gals getting their cars out kinda makes me feel normal on Saturdays and Sundays.
Great pics, I see some panels and a Tudor . I usually go to the "All Originals" show there.....nice setting.
Yes, I was parked 2 down from the Aqua Ford panel where the white Ford pickup you show. The red 56 Cadillac was pulling in when I left about 9:00. I usually leave before the drawings or whatever they do, I’m not involved with that part of most gatherings.
Actually, the awards presentation and raffle is pretty cool. I like this event because it is low-key and informal, you can get breakfast with the significant other and/or family at the 17th Street Bar & Grill, Coffee Grinder or Zov's. There are some shops that keep the non-car folk in your group interested and the raffle is awesome. The organizers pick 3 cars they like and the owners talk about them for a couple of minutes. There is something for everyone and it is done by 10:30-ish. Chip Foose lives near by and shows up from time to time. Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
