If there are some folks around mid Mo that want to talk hot rods and drink some cold beer let me know. I can use all the help and sugestions on my ride. And did I forget to say the beers on me. Keith / BinderRod
Anyone there remember the Supercruise in Jefferson City? (I don't know if they're still putting them on . . . they were at Wal-Mart, then moved to Capital Mall, and then last I heard it was downtown.) My uncle was one of the guys that used to help put that on, he's over in Brumley (Lake Ozark area). I grew up in Centertown. Small world.
They still have the Super Cruise the last saterday of each month. Chances are I might know your uncle. At the time it was at the Mall I had a 67 Cuda Conv and a big block 71 Olds Cutl***. Like you say , It is a small world. Keith in Missouri
I'm in Millersburg! Beer sounds good sometime. Fat-*** I haven't seen that one. Need to bring it out more often.
I grew up in Milersburg(just outside of Columbia). I am in Augusta Ga. now but you might want to look up Atch, Hotrodgl***, Weeds. They are all from around there. My dad was from Millersburg and had a **** load of friends from the hamb come by and see him or he would catch them at the car shows. I think all you have to do anymore is go to a car show and ask around and in a few minutes you are surounded by them, at least up there. Or if you can wait till september go to MO-KAN and be ate up with them. Either way if you run into any of them, mention WEEKENDER or that old yellow Henry-J that is in my garage now and tell-em TIMMMYYY said hi!! TTIIIIMMMMMMMYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!
If all of you are going to MoKan lets hook up for a beer. My treat!! I think I remember meeting you at the CedarCity swap. Drop me an email with your phone numbers. Keith in Missouri AusioOne@yahoo.com
i just happened upon this thread. i'm between columbia and kingdom city; north of millersburg. look for me at the drags; i'll be in a white '48 ford panel truck.
St. Louis here, Keith. I'm kinda stuck lookin' after my feeble-minded old mother so I have no life right now. It's a terrible position to be in, wondering if I should put her in an old-folks' home, or what. Old people are not like old cars, can't rebuild 'em, can't part 'em out . . . anyway Road Trip is top of my list when I'm done here, and a cold beer sounds real good--
Kieth, I'm in jeff and just happen to like beer what a coincedence. Drop me a PM I know quite a few local hambers. Pool
I'm in Palmyra, a little north (not quite two hours) but we're always up for a road trip ....and a cold one.
26T ***dragger ductail greezy willie lee bigabone McGrath orange54 visor winfab vondad; if fraz can be in the list then vondad can be too some of these guys are more/less regular (leave it alone!) than others, but they're all registered mid-mo users.
Hey Keith, His handle says it all , he wasn't no soccer goaly. Too many shots to the head. This isn't the first time he has done this to someone named Keith. Although Keith isn't that popular of a name, anyone who post in a forum with the name Keith Oldgoaly thinks it's me. Did you go to school in Sedalia ? I got let loose in 1975.
Keith I was lucky enough to escape Smith Cotton in 1972 I hope your having fun with the tourist during the State Fair
Keith if you ever get back this way, give me a call I'm in the phone book. Dean who has recently moved to Sedalia, has came by for a visit, I owe him a visit too. I always have several projects going.
