It's finally here! This is a BIG deal for me and I hope you like what you see. We've featured some HAMBsters in this issue, too: Alex Gambino, Ryan's good friend (and ours) Keith Tardel, as well as a blast from the past--Brandon Casquilho, to name just a few.

As well as GARAGE gal, TERA PATRICK!!!

There are some real treats in this issue and I'm really looking forward to hearing what y'all think of it. Also, you'll be able to find us in Wal-Mart now, as well as the usual haunts. We've dramatically increased circulation, so I'm hoping that if you want it, you'll be able to find it.

    Let 'er rip!

Oh.man--you guys are gonna LOVE this one...

And the subscriptions have been sent out. It's hard to say how long it will take to get them to everyone, since the US Postal Service is just SO galldang reliable. But it'll hit the stands on 7/25.

And LORD, do I have some good stories about the covershoot. Evan Seinfeld's Tudor, Tera Patrick's **** and a shop full of customs. Not a bad day.

WAL MART , are you joking. I guess good for your pocket book. But the history wal mart has with albums and ****, this mag has to be cut to pieces to sell there. I guess it was 6 months ago you wer *****in that your printing co. was censoring (sic?) stuff. Now WAL MART? Like I said, good for you but now all of us have to listen to every Orange County Chopper t-shirt wearing , never owned a hot rod (or a chopper) tellin me all about the lifestyle. I guess everything good has to come to an end. Sorry but my 2cents.

The flip side to that though, is at least in my town there isn't really anywhere else to get magazines besides Barnes & Noble and their selection usually ****s. Buying single issues online means I'd have to pay alot in shipping and handling.

I agree about walmart though... I mean I avoid that place at all costs... but I will be there on the day this comes out to see if I can snag a copy before they get bought up. I think they might fly off the newstand because of Tera on the cover, not because there are alot of hot rodders in my town.

It won't be edited to be sold in Walmart right? If so, I may just have to order online or get a friend to find one for me or something...

I'm glad y'all brought up the Wal-Mart thing--believe it or not, the magazine went up the chain to the head muckety-mucks at WM for review before they made a decision on whether or not to carry us. Now, we didn't change a thing or give them a watered-down version of GARAGE or anything like that. And really, I thought there was gonna be some rub. BUT, not one gripe! They took it lock, stock and two smoking barrels! And believe me, Jesse doesn't want the content watered down or compromised any more than you do!

Now, the cold hard facts are that we need to get our message out to the m***es. And the best way to do that is to reach the m***es where they live. And one of the better ways of doing that is to do it through the world's largest store. Right?

So, I think you'll find that the content just got BETTER! There's much good stuff in this one and we're doing our best to do right by our lifestyle--Full Custom Living...

And Skajaquada--I'm working on Sophie for you, brother.

I like it! AND, in a pinch for something I desperately need right away, I kinda like Walmart. ( or Wally-world as it's called around here ) Their ethics could certainly be improved! Good luck in your endeavor!

Stoner I've sent you and Rachel countless messages via phone, e-mail even ****in myspace. You don't seem to want to sell your mag to REAL ROD SHOPS but rather, make wal mart richer.

Either call me and settle this, or take me off your dealer list. My customers are getting pissed and I'm running out of excuses.
