Hot Rods Flarestat

does anyone out there know how to wire a flarestat hazard switch?

 

Fire Dept?

 

I'm ***uming this is an outboard hazard warning switch, not part of a turn signal switch ***embly? Knowing how many terminals are on the switch can determine how it should be wired.
