After a long talk with my papaw, he told me that he's giving me this Model 48 he found in a barn years ago. Outside of routine maintenance, I've never worked on a vehicle (I was raised with computers and it became my profession). I'm excited to be working on one but more excited to be spending a lot more time with him and learning the tools of the trade that made my papaw the man he is today. I was told to hop on here and I figured I would share my first project car with everyone.
Welcome, from another '35 owner. It's good to see someone your age interested in traditional hot rods.
You are very lucky to be working with your Paw-Paw. Take pictures. It will mean much more to you when he is gone.
