Those Jeeps were definitely run hard and put away wet.

 

After 50 years in construction and having worked at
an auto salvage yard in my youth I have seen safety
go from zero to hero. Having been responsible for
the implication of safety guidelines to crews under
my direction I have been referred to as the safety
tyrant. These days I try to refrain from commenting
on the obvious concerns I encounter on line, on t.v.
and a**** my neighbors doing home chores and such.
The photo of the fellow under the 3 window supported
by just the jack under the axle still makes me cringe and
want scream out to that person!

 

When I was an apprentice decades ago, the boss was always getting on us for unsafe and stupid, almost suicidal moves. This picture of the three window with the floor jack would be called an "accident producing situation" by him.
