Picked up this 29 roadster today. It had been sleeping in that old garage for over 40 years ! Nice body and complete. would make a great TROG car.

Nice find! I think I have been too negative here lately, so today I am only posting nice comments. Your car gives me a good start. What are your plans for it besides TROG?

I will most likely turn it over to a new caretaker. Funny thing is i had been looking for a 29 roadster and couldn't find a decent one that was affordable. Then i stopped looking because i decided to finish up some other projects and this showed up.I don't have alot of storage space or i would stash it away.I may anyway , lol

That find deserves at least 2 of these:cool::cool:. One for the "find" and one for getting it out of there before it was wearing that barn:D

Yea, the only reason the old gent finally decided to part with it is because he saw the building falling apart.

IMG_20200613_163348904.jpg Here's my "out IMG_20200705_164302969.jpg beside the barn find". She's a little crusty but will make a nice ride. And this is where I'm at now. Getting ready to put new sheet metal on and build a new floor. Just got the banger running Friday night.

Good score! I've been searching for years and never found one in a barn or next to a barn or anywhere near a barn for that matter!

My old high school shop teacher was the president of the local Model A Ford club back in the late 60's . He was the guy that fostered my interest in early fords. At that time he had gathared a m***ive collection of Model A parts in a huge barn. As time went on his interest in Model A's kind of p***ed and he became interested in more exotic cars. When i spoke to him about 3 years ago he said he hadn't been in that barn for years but still had no interest in selling anything.I think about that barn alot !
