You my friend are way too generous. Unfortunately that makes you an easy target for cons. This guy was probably cool to you for so long as the ride was good. I would bet he sold your 50 and spent the money or at least someone else is paying him for the work in hopes that they will be buying it soon. Too many things that seem to work out in this guys favor more than yours.
Wake up man and see this for what it is,

The best thing you can do, is go to his shop and see for yourself what is going on before things get blown out of proportion.

  5. My personal feelings are that a Real friend would not publicly Slam any Friend without doing a face to face first with said Friend. As far as you know he could be laying penned under your car waiting for Help. What's up with you?
I wouldn't get pissed or be crying first, I'd be curious and take charge of the condition I created.

So you gave this "friend" all your **** and he sold it for big bucks and ****ed you out of the money..... ....you do know where he lives don't you? Once burned, twice shy my friend.:( It's time to get the trailer and go get yours **** but, I bet this guy is gone like the wind. I think I've heard this scam before, about 6-8 months ago. I'd turn off the computer and hit the pavement.

I think I'd go over there with one of Clarke County's finest just to shake him up. Certainly you know at least one officer that would be willing to stand behind you for that short amount time.

Some people are like that, if your worried get your stuff back and cut your losses but do it in person face to face with him, Just because he may be a chicken **** doesn't mean you have to lower yourself to that standard.

I'd go tell him just what you told us. I'd also ask when you are getting your HALF of the profit from the caddy. It was yours. Sounds like he's taking you for a ride...

like has been said get with the local pd and go get your **** back. you don't owe him **** if anything he owes you for all the other ****.

hell if you need friends that bad i'll be glad to hang out with you and take half of the profits from **** you sell. do you give him half your paycheck to? you've been WAAAYYY to nice to this **** bag. it doesn't matter how long you've known someone PEOPLE CHANGE. and usually it's in the blink of an eye and it usually has backing reason behind it. a woman, drugs, etc. this guy may have been a friend once but a friend doesn't pull that **** that he's pulling now...ken....

Uhhh... Dude you never tell someone take your time when it comes to your car because most will take there time and yours too and more than enough of it. I know you want him to do a good job but you came on here and complained and now tell him take your time, it's ok. Man you are doing this to yourself.
    Now go get your stuff.
