these I found one by one over the years (6) but no one knows what they are or who made them. could be just some JCW, Pep Boys stuff, but I would like to know what they are called.
they are all '14 , the center is pot metal. the cap is chrome plated steel.
I would put them on the chevy but I have '15 wheels .

Dave Lindsay photographed this cool looking hubcap. looks like a one bar flipper with a bullet added to it... very nice...

The Calnevar fake wires (lower right corner in Rikster's hubcap ad) were extremely popular -- at least in WLA -- in the mid- to late-fifties. They were also among the best looking wire wheel covers available. I've been surprised that I haven't seen a survivor set, either on a car or on eBay, for probably 50 years.

awesome the hubcap post is back. I'm a real fan of cheesy hub caps and I scored on these. They were on ebay but kinda flew under the radar because there thirteens but they work perfect on my comet. They were labeled "deep-dish" hubcaps, the flat black looks like the steel wheel showing through but its all hubcap. John

I've got some '57 Chevys on mine, but I was thinking about painting the black around the edges like a roulett wheel and setting a bullet in the center.
