Projects What wheel diameter?

I'd run 15"s all around. I like the look, I think it would be more period correct, and I think if you put a 16" wheel on the front with a proportionately sized tire it's going to be taller than with a 15" wheel and proportionate sized tire, which will make the front end sit higher.

 

what size tires and front wheel width are on this 2 door?

 

You have a very nice car, finished at a level that many are trying to get to for paint and body. Its an older build and youre redoing a few things to knock the 80's/ 90's off of it. "Removing the gold chain"

So....dont take any shit from anyone.

Get it set up the way you want and drive it, make some changes that suit you. Stance is key and youre asking the right questions.

They are Lester 7.00 x 19 bias

15" x 6" on the front & 15" x 8" on the rear, 185/65R 15 on the front and 235/65R 15 on the rear. HRP

 

Fronts wheels are 15x4 with 560-15 tires.
Rears wheels are 16x5 with 700-16 tires.


Front wheels are 15x4.5 with 500-15 tires.
Rears are 15x7 reversed with 10x15 cheaters.

 

I'd have to make it so it handled well... My area is all steep streets with wicked turns.. Those little tires up front would kill me lol...

 

Perfect sizing (too me anyway ) in post 39 above.
If you want 15” all round, 820 x 15” tyres give same overall diameter as 700 x 16”

 

The tips about the size of tires to make the car sits & looks. I am planning to buy American rebel 4.5 front 10.s on the back

 

I like 15” all around, do what you like.
