This tub looks like the one built by "The Bruns" in So Cal, had an Olds engine. Good Looker! I love the black wall in back, like floating on air.

'37 Buick convertible sedan. It's a dual-cowl convertible, which I don't believe Buick built from the factory (so, it's customized).

 

It’s for back seat drivers

 

Looks like the rear windshield is a boat item. Cool car, but I'd raise it up just a touch.
