    Hello all,
I've been lurking in the shadows for a few days and thought I'd do a proper introduction. The name is Derrick Savory, discovered real cars a few years ago and fell in love. As to my collection: 1965 Chevy Shortbed, 1959 Caddy Coupe DeVille, 1950 Caddy Fleetwood (49k mi), in the process of talking the price down on a 1920 Willys, and the one for sale is a 66 Olds 4dr.
Interested in getting a set of moon discs or 57 Plymouth caps for the 59; I plan on putting the 59 hubcaps on the truck. I have seen some really cool cars on here and learned a lot so far. Keep it coming!!!

Unfortunately the scanner is down so the pics will have to wait. Hopefully within a few days.

Hey myself...your nickname Cad Carver...actually done any carving on either of those Cads?

    We're a complete Cad household up here in...I've got a '48 Sedanet I'm working on...my son's got a '59 Coop DeVille and we're working on a '54 Coop DeVille...that one is really carved up....

Anyway, the Willys mite be cool...'57 Plymouth cones are hard to find, but spun discs are easier...

FWIW, welcome to The House of HAMB...

Hey man, welcome aboard...it's always nice to have another caddy freind to help fight the war against the small-block! I can't wait to see pics of that '59 Caddy....my coupe deville is black with blue flames, nosed, decked, funtional lakers, etc....I put '57 Caddy hubcaps on mine and they look pretty trick on there...I didn't know if you'd considered 'em, so I thought I'd fire off the idea to ya...have fun and welcome!

40StudeDude, didn't mean to mislead you, nothing's cut up yet, the 50 is staying stock, the 59 is a rusty ass car from back east, all the trim is going but the gunsights and the fin chrome. Gonna go black with red sidecones, unfortunately primer is after I work some of the bugs out. Is few dollars from roadworthy. Thanks for the welcome gentlemen. [IMG]
