    Not meaning to derail this thread, but I don't think I ever saw a 2-door 1965 Ford Custom 500; so I looked it up. Interestingly the curb weight is listed as a couple of pounds over 3300. Pretty light for a full sized car, only about 150 pounds heavier than the same year Corvette. IIRC all Customs & Custom 500s were post models, no hardtops. They made oodles of 4-doors, but I believe that 2-doors are rare.

    Also saw these beauties today at an actual car show. Not sure who's wife was in charge of putting on the show but for some reason they had a pure romance both set up there.     Hello,
    We were out for another bank run during the "locked in place" isolation with masks and our short drive brought some nice surprises. This maroon, 5 window, chopped coupe was getting some daily maintenance and shine. Boy, did it shine ! Very cool!
