We are going to be at Glory Days this weekend making a few test runs. Stop by and say hello. The following weekend is a SEGA race at Lyons Indiana. The furthest west SEGA race this year. Colby is currently 5th in points out of 32. If you want to see competitive 60’s drag racing, I highly recommend a SEGA event. And it is a very friendly attitude. We also have a fresh order of shirts for sale. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.

Just read this thread start to finish. Fantastic. Thanks for posting this and taking us along for the ride. i grew up in a Ford family and there was a '64 Ranchero on my block, the McCaskill's owned it, it had a 289 and the color was a dark maroon, loved that truck. Was excited to see this thread, but what you did father and son, and the final results are way above what I expected when I clicked on the link. Love everything about this - good on ya all the way around. Be sure and tutor and mentor your kids as well as your Pop has you.
Thanks! I have a lot to live up to to become as good of a dad as mine. He’s alright[emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
We haven’t been to good about updating the H.A.M.B. page. Colby and the ranchero have been getting quite a bit of press lately. Here is a great article by bangshift https://bangshift.com/bangshift1320/moonbeam-this-1965-ford-ranchero-straight-up-gets-it/ Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Here is a cool shot from Competition Plus I also have to brag on the kid a bit. He is currently standing 4th in points out of a very tough 37 car B gas field with the Southeast Gasser association. He has been in a total of 5 races with Sega and in the semifinals twice. We are constantly tinkering on it and trying to get him a win. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
My nephew and I had a chance to talk with Colby for a few minutes at Lyons Indiana. What a great guy, he showed us the Ranchero and told us about the engine. I felt like we were speaking with drag racing Royalty. Awesome job Guys and I love showing my buddies pictures and videos of Colby and how we got to watch the build and see him run. Best of Luck and Go Get Em! Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

Congratulations!! Very cool award. SEGA is the coolest racing that I’ve ever seen. We are hoping to go to more events next year. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Just left our home headed to Shady Side. Very excited for this weekend of racing. Hopefully we made the right changes in order to gain a little bit of speed on the Ranchero. I’m already making plans for upgrades coming this off season. Hope to see some of y’all there and if anyone is travelling through or near Pikeville NC please let me know. I have found a set of doors I’d like to purchase but they are not worth the trip if I have to drive to get to them. Man I sure wish I lived down there! Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
