I have a finished 35 3 window that has a rumble seat that we never use and want to switch to a trunk.
Is the panel reversible if I can locate the proper upper hinges?? Thank You

Yes, 1935 &'36 coupes and roadsters use the same lid for both trunk or rumble seat.

Reversible, as in flip it around? No. But change the hinges and change the handle holes, yes.

Also, if you are running a rear mounted spare, there are 2 different mounts for the spares...one for the rumble seat which lays flatter and one for the trunk models that stands more upright. The rumble seat version will not allow clearance to open the converted trunk

As noted, the hole for the handle will need to be filled/cut. The latch and handle are the same rumble/trunk. The holes for the nut inserts for the trunk hinges/prop are usually punched in the lid, but often the inserts were not installed.
The striker plate for the latch is different. You will need to construct a drip channel for the bottom of the opening and modify the transition of the drip channel on the sides from rumble to trunk.
