Motion Pictures Help identifying a set of taillight housings

  1. Hello all I have this set of taillight housing that I can’t identify maybe someone here can it has underneath FORD 256 GEM. Thanks in advance.

    those are aftermarket "cadillac conversion" tail lights. they made em for Fords and chevies and sold them thru honest charlies and Jc whitney to name a few

  3. Well that’s cool. So were they made to fit a certain vehicle? Like in this case a ford. Not that I’m interested in selling them but do they have any value or are they just neat

    I agree with Moriarity, aftermarket pieces. I had a set of those new in the box that I carried around for years in my swap meet stuff and couldn't get $75.00 for them. I finally traded them for a couple Lyons wheel covers.

  5. I was just curious if they had any value. My great grandfather was a mechanic and these were in his stuff. I have some cool old tools that belonged to him too but that’s another thread. Anyway I could find a set of lenses?

    I don’t know if the lenses are OEM or not, but you might check out Willys, Henry J or Kaiser. I recall a stock lens of that approximate shape....just am not sure what make/model it was.
