I spoke with Steve a few times over the years and he was always a nice, down to earth type of fellow ... here he is with his latest ... I had wondered why there were no progress reports on his 3W ... Now I know ... Too far away for me to go to the get-together but I will send a $$$ donation ... .
Too far to got to the fundraiser, but I've sent some $$$ via PayPal. We're all pulling for ya, Steve. Lots of people have won the battle and you will too !!
I know what he is going through since i myself have been fighting Lymphona and bone cancer for 2 years and recently had a Stem Cell transplant. I do not have much to give now since i'm on disability still but i will send some through paypal and i urge all other to do so, even if it is not much in your eyes it will be in his. If it was not for good friends and family i'm not sure what i would have done. Steve if you need to talk to someone who has been there please feel free to contact me.. Stay Positive and try to laugh as much as you can.. I know this sounds hard but it will help. God Bless Big Tony Lewisville Texas TM98Roadking@aol.com
Not real puter lliterate and could not get paypal to go to my account, so i will send it in to the Bank address
There will also be a silent auction of cool stuff at the picnic benifit. If anyone has an item to donate, ie: swag, car parts, striped panel, CD's or DVD, etc, and you'll be seeing me somewhere over the next 6 weeks, (BilletProof, Indy, HRR, Columbus, Syracuse, or locally) and would like me to transport it to the benifit to save on shipping costs, just let me know or throw it in Big Olds if you see him, with a note attached that it's for the "Just Steve" silent auction. I'll make sure it gets there safe and sound. I'll be leaving the Metro Detroit area on the morning of Friday July 21st. If anyone else is planning on attending from this area, please PM me and we can make arrangments to travel together if you want.
If there is no way we will see you is there an address we can send the stuff to for the silent auction? Sorry if it has already been posted I missed it. Thanks, Tim
Items for the auction can be sent directly to: MBI Publishing Company Attn: Amy Glaser 380 Jackson Street, Suite 200 St. Paul, MN 55101 USA Thanks to Cword for getting the info.

I'll be there. It's an hour north of me, but not a problem for a cause like this. I'll have the wife cook something up and bring that too.

Denise -- too far to drive until I get the drivetrain coordinated. (That means "working".) My PayPal was sent (thanks for giving us the option). My copy of "Hot Rodders' Bible" is within a foot of my PC.
