I just wanted to give a thumbs up and five star rank to both Radir and Diamondback for service and quality of product!

I have had great luck with my Diamondback wide white radials (you can keep the anti radial stuff you yourself...I don't care) and when I ordered them they told me a date and shipped them spot on from when they said I would get them. That’s pretty cool considering they make them as you order them. I have also never had a bit of problem with my other set of tires.

Radir did a pretty dang good job getting the stuff to me with a very minor delay, but where they really shine is in the quality. Dang they make good stuff. I got wheels, lug nuts, and cones and they rock. I can't find a flaw at all and they are very well constructed.

I recommended both fully if you are interested in anything they offer.

All of 'em are nice guys to boot!

I wish more companies were like them...I have had some bad luck with some other items and companies recently but you got to take the bad with the awsome...and these guys are awsome.:D

I had a terrible experience with diamondback, both with their product and their 'customer service'.

I'm glad your deal went good though!

  3. I have also had great luck with the diamondbacks.

Which wheels did you get from Radir? They have been out of 15" Tri-Rib wheels for awhile now.

Tri Ribs...they told me they were being cast when I called and they would have to go to polish. Polish took a little longer than expected, but overall a far better buying experience than the chrome reverse wheels.

  5. I'm running diamond backs on my Caddy and love 'em. Great looks smooth quiet ride handle good in all situations. Two thumbs up

We are anxiously waiting for our Radir delivery! It's taking a while but I think they will be worth the wait. Good luck with your stuff...

I have nothing but good to say about Diamondback.

I must be lucky, but my dealings with most of the companies I've had to do
business with have been great, including...

Borgeson - super friendly, professional, shipped right away

BBK - hooked me up with the company that supplies their header flanges, and THAT company sent me some for *free*!

Early Wheel - great guy, quick service, lots of hot rod stories and experience

Jamco - nothing but helpful to me, including some tech help early on a saturday morning, and doing the right thing when a shipment went to my old address

Fatman Fabrications - tough for them to not sound bored when they've heard the same questions for a couple of decades, but good service and products

Crushproof Touring - good guys, knowledgeable

Leonard's Garage - in-house custom exhaust maestro who digs a challenge, tackled my custom hot rod alignment

the cats at the Round Rock Federated Auto Supply - actually know what the fu** they're talking about and are interested in your project

Mike at the Metric (Austin) Federated Auto Supply - spent an hour putting together a '57 Ford brake rebuild kit for me

John's Salvage in Seguin - a ford nut

Voodoo Customs in Austin - friends, talented fuckin' guys and some "big daddy" rods in the works

Yeah, I have had good luck with Borgeson in the past also.

Limeworks is a great outfit also.

  14. Damn Merc, the 32 looks even better like that.
I think I'm getting the cast center/polished lip for the ElCamino

I've had really good luck with both companies also. Had a set of chromed tri-rib Radirs on my old "32" sedan, and now I have a set of Diamond backs on my roadster. Both company's get my stamp of approval. Here's some shots of the deuce sedan with the Radir's. Gary

Suprisingly, the Radir's make the car look tougher. I wouldn't have thought that without seeing the pics. Changes the whole look of the car. Kinda changes the "feel" of it as welll. I dig it.

The roadster is making good progress. Can't believe ya'll pushed it in the alley. That's a steep hill back into the garage! Bet ya'll were huffin'.

I don't think they offer one and I have been lazy and not done the paypal alliance thing yet.

The lights are something I have wanted for a long long long long long time but they were worth it.
