Future g***er?????......

 

I changed up the grill in my 55. I have always loved it when I've seen this done and figured it was about time. Such a cool modification that cost zero dollars and only took about 90 minutes.

 

My girls 56 sport sedan, tri power 57 283/powerglide. By far my favorite TriFive.

 

The hazguy, nice 57 but I might be bias! [emoji6]! Lol
Mine’s an original Jr stocker. Bought new at 3 Way Chevrolet in bakersfield by a Chevrolet employee Orlie Kuder (original driver of the project x 57) taken from the dealership to Famoso drag strip on the way home for a baseline. Ran from 58 to 71. Best run was in the high 13’s, beat Landy in a street race in 62, San Fernando record holder in 63. Was hoping to run it at the Tri5 nationals in Bakersfield this year but sadly it was cancelled. Anyways, just a quick over view of the car’s History.

I think the g***ers are going to the g***er thread and the jr stockers to their thread. This has been a nice catch all for everything else for us tri5 guys!!!!

Hot rodder through and through but I am mellowing in my old age.
A nicely done 55 Chevy 210 will always get my attention, but there was a time when it had to be a Bel Air or a hardtop.

 

Now we're talkin'.....

IMO, sedans look best in 150 or 210 trim.
