Technical 1935 Ford Pickup transmission problem [emoji23]

My 35 1/2 ton Ford Pickup transmission is real hard to get into Reverse and First. Reverse is the hardest! Help needed!!?? Gears? Shifting fork issue???[emoji1536]

Maybe check if your clutch fully disenages. If not the transmission will be hard to shift.

 

Thanks! Will check that. But, why is 2nd and 3rd not a problem?!??

Because you can speed shift them...

 

... and they are synchronized, I think

 

How can I tell if my clutch is fully disengaged??!! Or not??!
