Had the honor of meeting Art Malone before his p***ing. Was at campground in Cody Wyoming, he was having problem with his generator overheating on his RV. I was having same problem and parked beside his. I went over to see if he needed any help. We introduced ourself and I said I think I know that name! He handed me his card, it had a few of his accomplishments on it. Drag racer, Indy driver, Nascar driver. We became good friends after that. One time few years ago I was watching NHRA on tv, the announcers were talking with Connie, Don, and The greek. He asked them who went 200mph first, Of course they each said they did. I called Art on phone, told him what they said, He said they are all three lying, I did 200 mph first and Garlits was there. I'll never forget that.
I searched through my old picture albums.....these were the least censored pics. If I posted the others, many here would probably get a heart attack.
