    TFFN is still around?

I stopped reading that a long time ago. It wore me out.

This one is mine (man, I need a new photo), and the second car was built by my friend Jeff McKelvey (HAMB name: "Jeff"). After he sold it, the new owner took out the air suspension and returned it to stock height. BLECH!

Many cool pics and ideas . . . I've got my old 62 Buick Special sitting out back . . . apparently not a lot of HAMB interest, so I don't know if I'll fix it up or move on to another 'popular' (ugh) project. I need about $1500 or so to fix all my little projects.

haring - your Falcon is one of my all time favorites. I have pics of it saved on my computer and love it. I'm currently into Cadillacs but would love to own a 60-63 2 door someday.

  10. Can't go wrong with a 64 or 65 Valiant or Barracuda. 273 V8 can get 26 MPG and used parts are easy to find.

I know I am biased but the 62-63 fairlanes had sixes in them too but 8" rears and 5 lug wheels (small as v8 cars) so at least they have a beefier suspension. with a holley/weber 5200 carb and T5 I was getting 27mpg on the highway. I would say get a clean car though that has had the front end rebuilt recently and good brakes (dual circuit)
