Hot Rods 2bbl carb ID what is it?

    Got this "holleyish" thing in a box with some other carburetors.
    Does have no markings other then "Made in U.S.A."
    and some paint dark blue/black paint chips.
    Did som research, but didn't get any wiser.
    Anyone know what it is?

    It looks like an old Carter but not anything I'd call common.

    yea excellaretor pump looks Carter.
    But otherwise base, bowl, main jet set up is pretty much Holley 94 like ?!?
