Trying to reply to an ad

I’m trying to reply to Sw1 about an ad for a 1930 Roadster. Been a member for a long time but not a frequent poster. I keep getting the message that I don’t have permission to reply. I’m not a scammer. I bought my 32 off this site over a year ago. Thanks for any help.
